Port Elizabeth (ANTARA News / Reuters) – Ivory Coast captain Didier Drogba will decide whether he is well enough from elbow injury, while his team against Portugal in the early matches of World Cup Group G on Tuesday, said coach Sven-Goran Eriksson.

The coach of Sweden's claims have no idea whether Drogba, who injured his arm in the match warm-July 4, will be able to play against Portugal, but he believes the player can go down on other games.

“Honestly, I do not know today,” Eriksson said when asked whether Drogba will go down the field in Port Elizabeth.

“Maybe we'll make a decision a few hours before the game. He trained well yesterday and I hope he will be fine, but the only thing that can make their own decisions is Didier,” he said.

By wearing layered clothing, Drogba practicing in Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium in the cold Monday and the ofisiaboth want to see whether the players were healthy enough to practice.
